Drivers applying to work for Marshall will need:

Clean Driving Record	Class A or B CDL
Pass a D.O.T. physical and obtain a health card	Pass a pre-employment drug screen and be in a random drug program
Pass a qualifying road test in a truck	Knowledge of delivery area
Off-road experience	Strong customer service skills
